Grupo GHR was founded in 2004, when engineers Fernando Rodríguez and Jacinto Howley bought a lot in the eastern part of the city for RD$1,700,000 and developed their first project of 12 apartments. Back then, the group's offices were literally the trunks of their own cars, a reflection of the entrepreneurial spirit they started with.
After completing that first development, in 2005 Manuel Grullón joined them with an invitation to work together on a tower project in the Polígono Central. That meeting marked the birth of the partnership that makes up Grupo GHR today.
With more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry, the group has grown steadily, establishing itself as a leading developer. To date, it has delivered hundreds of apartments and has an active portfolio of projects at different stages of development.
Its projects are strategically located in Santo Domingo's Polígono Central and in Santo Domingo Oeste, and the group has recently begun developing new projects in Santo Domingo Este, expanding its presence in key areas of urban growth.

Civil engineer who graduated Cum Laude from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), with a master's degree in Civil and Urban Construction Engineering from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and a postgraduate degree in Construction Management. He currently serves as Projects Director at Grupo GHR, leading the planning, execution and supervision of its developments and ensuring standards of quality, efficiency and compliance at every stage of construction.

As Sales Director of Grupo GHR, he is responsible for the sales strategy and commercial relationships, driving the positioning of the projects and the expansion of the portfolio into different markets.
